NEON
Everyone from Valentino to Comme Des Garçons had models strutting down the runway in amazingly bright attire. This is one trend that never seems to get old and you can mix into your wardrobe year-round! Verdict: 100% HOT
CUT-OUTS
Designers are getting extremely creative finding out ways to find a balance between too modest and too sexy. Although cut-outs and exposed skin (in moderation) could be superb for a night out, many of these looks are just too risqué for comfort... Verdict: If not used carefully, a definite not
MONOCHROMATIC / ALL DEMIN
I'm a firm believer that every outfit needs something to make it special... That being said, a look consisting of only one color seems boring and monotonous. Verdict: Clearly a not...
HEADBANDS
Headbands are a hard thing to successfully pull off. I am undoubtedly jealous of anyone who has the perfect hair and face shape to look bomb while wearing one. Headbands add such an adorable flair to every outfit whether the headband has pearls on it, is braided, is velvet, is knotted, or anything in between. Verdict: If you can rock it, go for it girl!
PUFF SLEEVES
Puffy and dramatic sleeves are not necessarily a "new" trend; they got extremely popular in 2019, and the trend has simply seemed to stick around. The trend is extraordinarily versatile, coming in the form of tops, dresses, and jackets (making it effortless to dress up or down). Verdict: Yes, Yes, and Yes! This trend doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon ;))
TIE-DYE
By this point in quarantine, everyone and their mom has attempted tie-dye. Whether you were successful or not doesn't matter because now you can buy a perfectly tie-dyed tee almost anywhere. Tie-dying is an easy way to upcycle practically anything in your wardrobe. Verdict: Unquestionably YES! Love, Love, Love
